Free multiplayer downhill mountain biking game

The thrills and spills of downhill mountain biking are brought to life in MTB DownHill: Multiplayer, this is a first-person cycling game where players take the controls of a virtual mountain bike to race against other players online. Race against the clock or against others, avoid obstacles to be the best MTB rider.

First-Person Mountain Biking

In MTB DownHill: Multiplayer, players race their machines on a down-hill course, each map is fraught with danger including trees, ramps and jumps. Players need to stay on the path to avoid crashing, they also need to keep their balance on jumps and ramps. There are 20 maps, with varying weather conditions including sunny, snowy, foggy and wet, these conditions affect grip and braking, adding to the challenge. Players can pedal to increase their speed, but they must also watch their energy levels, too much pedalling can use up energy. Players receive money for their performance, and this can be used to customise and improve their machine.

Game Review

While the graphics and general feeling of MTB DownHill: Multiplayer are good, the controls need to be fixed before this game becomes properly playable, for instance, when leaning the bike from one direction to the other, it gets stuck at the vertical point, leading to a crash. Buffering is also a problem in multiplayer mode, and this affects the gameplay. The game has potential, but bug fixes are needed to produce a great game.
